Telling me I had to use the shopify app for tracking but then I still ended up getting sent the tracking code directly in my email was a dick move. But at least the rest of the shopping went smoothly. Though I didn't know the pricing was in AUD already until the checkout.

Again, through no fault of mine, the wrong items were shipped. I immediately reached out via the contact info provided and not so much as an automated message has been received. These things are not inexpensive. I expected a more customer focused, timely response and handling of the error. To be left in limbo is extremely frustrating.
