Mostly just disappointed with the product I got and was looking forward to. I needed a reliable baby carrier and this feels like a waist of money.

I wanted to exchange for a different size but instead gave me a partial refund

Arrived quick and nice feeling material!

As shown in the videos, the carrier appears to fit larger-sized moms comfortably. However, I am a medium-sized mom, and I found the Zoberlo to be a bit small for me. It may be helpful to provide more detailed sizing information so customers can choose the best fit.

Appreciate a small partial refund but didn’t get any value out of the product, I’m donating it. None of my friends are even small enough to fit into this with their baby. Would’ve been nice to know it was final sale before buying. I would’ve thought twice

Not great

Carrier is unusable. Can not get on average height and weight (under 150lbs) and can not get over shoulders. Complete waste of money.

Not having a way to return the product that does not eat the cost of the original order is frustrating and feels intentional

Unclear and very advertised needs to have the sizing marking more clearer more stronger material to feel sturdy as well

Description should be a bit more clear I was searching for weighted sleep sacks when this came up

Shipping took forever.

Everything has always been easy.

Super easy shopping, shipping could be quicker, but thats just the high demand life we live in, it really wasn't bad. The emails that followed were excessive.

You don’t do exchanges or returns.

It also took weeks to come.

Shipping took a very long time and I wasn't thrilled to see that it was shipped from China. I feel like that advertising and site are misleading.
