Price on the pump was much better than other vendors. My complaint is that while Pool Depo had the item to ship UPS did not pick the item up for 12 hours, a full working day. I paid for expedited shipping because my pool was not useable without the pump. UPS delayed in picking up the item, then delayed it in progress. I got the pump after the three day shipping window, yet Pool Depo is standing by UPS's declaration that they met the shipping window. Not happy with that.
