As stated in previous area Pool Depo policy that an unopened box can not be returned for "change of mind" is perhaps the most customer unfriendly policy from an online retailer that I can imagine. I would understand being responsible for restocking fee and shipping but to many other retailers to chose from to shop at one that does not take customer service as a core value. Such a policy is unheard of in todays online shopping experience.
