The shopping experience was great the salesman was friendly upbeat and very thorough. He went thru a detailed instruction on set up and break down of the scooter several times. He gave us multiple scenarios on how the scooter worked and how it could be applied in our lives.

My order was taken quickly. After that, my financial questions never seemed to find a person in charge of payments. My PDF receipt was sent so I couldn't save or print it with my info. I requested another but it also was blank for my info.

Since the nearest show room is about 200 miles away I had difficulty and delays in getting a demonstration. Iwould not make such an expensive purchase without hands on experience.

Have not tried it in a shopping environment, yet.

The staff was knowledgeable about the product and took the time for me to take a test drive.

Shopping for the scooter and seeing how it works and all of that was good as long as I had help

Dwayne was very helpful and explain how things with work.

Dwain took lots of time with us. We never felt rushed. He answered all questions. Gave us a chance to drive the difference models. He demonstrated the folding and unfolding, allowed us to try, and also suggested we record for future reference. He emailed lots of information and was very punctual in answering our emails and phone calls.

By the way; I ordered a second battery, and it hasn’t arrived yet.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Didn't see a spot for the battery but it was beneficial to have the extra one just wish there was a special case to carry it in or for when you go on the plane

Duane was great. Don't ask any questions about returns. Was not nice about it.

Josh or Jon Pedego in Scottsdale was very helpful. They were very patient and answered every question-sometimes 3 or 4 times. They let me test drive it for as long as I wanted. They showed my husband several times his to assemble and disassemble the Atto until he felt comfortable.

The sale was handled over the phone with Tina in Southern California. She is a gem! She patiently answered all my questions and made helpful suggestions.
