When I saw the ad in the AMAC magazine, I didn't even feel the need to see the ATTO in person. I simply phoned MovingLife. Tina answered the phone, explained everything clearly, and our ATTO was on the way. The online instruction guide led us through how to fold, unfold, and operate the ATTO. This scooter is so well-thought-out, convenient, and easy to handle. My husband is 92, and prior to having the ATTO, had to use his walker everywhere, and then could not walk very far. Now he is free!

I intended to pay on the installment plan initially, but the warranty was unconscionable contract so I refused to sign it. Has it been changed? I’m sure AARP and other customers would like to know! The airport video is also misleading. Call me if you’d like to hear more. By the way, I paid nearly $4400 including attachments and I’m NOT happy. Customers beware!
