At first I had trouble understanding how to unfold the scooter. But I had tremendous support from technical support. They even sent pictures by text. Above and beyond. I'm all set now.

Joshua came by spent about a half hour explaining the machine and next 15 minutes we bought the machine . Painless painless.

Your sales people act like the customers should know the answer to the question asked ,,,then when you ask a question about the product your asking about,,they don't seem very knowledgeable about stuff it's frustrating when the agent is asking you questions about the product ,when they should know the answer

Shipping was fine once I got to speak to the correct person who finally talked to me.

Again one day the scooter stopped on me in the mall and have not worked since Two and a half months ago

It was a good experience but the scooter has turned out to be too heavy to lift into the car and It would have been nice to know there were scooters that fold and unfold automatically.

Hard to get some answers.

Tina was extremely responsive and answered all my questions. The shop in Scottsdale did a great job of demonstrating how the scooter breaks down and operates. They were not high pressure and really listened to how I was going to use the scooter before they recommended the Atto Sport model. We just returned from a trip to Europe and a cruise and the scooter was awesome! We had no troubles getting around and would not have been able to see everything we did without the scooter.
