I love my scooter but have not been able to use it much because of weather and I don't have a ramp yet. My niece can lift it and we went to a large park one day and the sense of freedom was beyond compare. I should have a ramp in the next month and will be able to grocery shop on my own. We went to the showroom in Burbank. Dewayne Wilson showed us the two models and spoke about the difference. We picked the sport with the longer battery life. No matter how much someone shows you how to fold and unfold you have to do it yourself to really get the knack. We have taken it on several flights and on all but one the airline stored it in the captain's closet. On the other one they gate checked it. One issue is its not intuitive how to put it in suitcase mode for wheeling.

We were told how it goes together, then when we got the scooter it was very difficult to put together. We called *I believe was John never answered, let message. We got the scooter over a month ago and he has to return the call. For amount you pay, they should have the curiosity to call and help with assembly.
