Representative Andy Birnbaum gave me a comprehensive demo at home. Mark Bouchetcwas great to work with on fulfillment of the order. After a delay in the deliver a credit was applied and delivery went smoothly.

Everyone we spoke with were polite and very informative.

You had a great sales pitch but when it comes to real life, for me it is not worth what I paid for it! I was not sold on it from the beginning, but your sales pitch sold the wife on it!!

The support was very slow, and 10% off the replacement battery was about the least they could offer me for my troubles.

I bought the ATTO Sport 5 days before taking off on a month-long tour of Europe. I'm so glad I did. It was challenging to get into some of the smaller hotel elevators, but I figured out where I could ride it and where I needed to fold it to trolley position. Just know that in crowds, everyone thinks they can cut in front of you, and they will! Be aware. I had no problem except for a couple of times when I needed a push on a steeper incline.

I cannot assemble it. I canot put it in car.

After shopping for scooter we understood that the best option for him would be a portable scooter. This would allow us to transport it in our SUV

Highly recommend the ATTO Sports scooter. Our next trip is at the end of the year and we are now 'pros' and opening and collapsing the scooter and knowing what to be ready for with the airlines.

I feel my scooter is a life saver on trips.

You see a sales person and he was very knowledgeable, then he is very hard to get ahold off. Also dealing with FedEx was a nightmare. If I know my scoter could not have come UPS I would have shopped else where.

Shopping was straight forward. The sale representative was very helpful in helping to choose things, that can help you be more mobile.

I We did a lot of research and most of the interaction was over the phone since we had made a decision to get the ATTO.

We had an in home demonstration. All of our questions were answered. The gentleman that came by was very friendly, helpful and courteous. He made me and my husband feel very comfortable. Smooth transaction.

your brochure shows a woman "wrangling" the scooter. It is not as easy to assemble from folded up to rideable. It is too heavy for me, but my husband can assemble it. And It's Difficult to remember steps to assemble.

I first received a damaged battery, with the casing opened. It was replaced, and then I was sent one that is not approved for air travel.

Everything was good except video made for me was done to quickly so opening and closing bike was difficult for me to follow. Finally figured it out by trial and error!

It was a phone call, ordered at my home in no time.

very easy to order replacement battery.

The scooter is great. It is easy to fold in seconds, absolutely a trip saver. My wife and I could not travel by land, air, and sea without this scooter. Because it has only three wheels to keep the weight down, it is less stable than a four-wheeled scooter. Built-in stabilizer that could deploy automatically would add safety. Our scooter hit an invisible dip & tipped over. A handicapped rider could not prevent tipping over. Otherwise, the scooter is perfect. Good power, good speed & range.

i can't recall it all, i saw it, i ordered it. it did not live up to what i was told it would be.

I just wish that when there are buy one get one free, just offer the accessories at 50% off. I end up getting 2 batteries and selling the other on EBay and giving that person the other 50% deal less the fees and shipping. You lost out.

Great shopping experience. No pressure and lots of test driving time between the different scooters. The free tuneup was really nice that I took advantage of last week! Both Stefan and Robert are informative and helpful.
