I placed an order and waited patiently. A week later I received a message that my order 'had shipped'. I was able to see by the tracking information that it didn't actually ship but that a label was printed for it and that was it. I continued to wait patiently and an additional 9 days later and there was still NO attempt to actually ship the paid for products that a label was made for. I am well aware that this is a tactic that some places use to 'prove' that they have shipped something even if they haven't. At 15 days, I did some reasearch and seen that this is a known issue with your company. So I plainly requested a refund and a cancellation of my order. Your CS took it upon themselves to completely ignore my request for a refund and cancellation and thought it would be better to pick that moment to finally ship the products even though I made it clear that as far as I was concerned you missed your opportunity. She tried explaining that you were too overwhelmed to handle your orders ... that's a YOU problem, not your customers problem. You trying to HIDE that you were behind rather then reaching out and telling me that there was a delay and apologizing is the defining difference here. She continued to refuse to stop the process that I could plainly see she started when she read my email and forced these now, unwanted products on me. I now don't care what these supplements may or may not do. I can find other alternatives. I can't take a supplement from a company that has already admitted they aren't equipped to efficiently or timely fulfill orders. This isn't underwear, this is something that is meant to keep taking once its started. Not started and stopped and started again. In addition, I don't trust the quality if your company is willing to take such shady measures to refuse a legitimately requested refund. Had she simply refunded me, I would have waited and come back when it looked like your company was dealing with orders better. Now that is a done deal. Never again.
