I appreciate the capsules being veggie however, that means there's an herbal scent to the capsules. I suggest taking with a cup of water because it was hard to swallow for me on its own. I took a capsule in the morning after a light breakfast before going on a hike (4.8 mile with 987 elevation gain) and it worked the way I expected. These capsules are so easy to swallow. The product has so many vitamins in it, I don’t need to take a lot of different vitamins to cover these needs! As it states, it is an All-in-One supplement. They recommend that you take 2 capsules per day. I take one in the morning, one at night, with meals.
