I just started to take these, as I was finishing up a Collagen supplement that I had. So, it is hard for me to really give a 100% review. I really love the product so far. I gave five stars because I believe that the product will be beneficial to my nails, hair and skin.

10/10 would recommend this product especially if you're dealing with high cortisole! I take 2 pills every night before I go to bed and it really helps me sleep well and wake up feeling fresh and NOT bloated.
