I was given much earlier completion & delivery estimates that were way off. I would have rather had a true estimate so I could have shopped elsewhere or known what I was in store for. I received an email that said my inquiries were taking time away from completing my order! What terrible customer service. My delivery people did not knock or ring the doorbell but unloaded the boxes in front of our garage. No photo, no email. First delivery that was done in such a clandestine manner.
