Initially I was concerned with the delayed shipping. I communicated with someone from the company and they suggested a different gray. This color was immediately available. They are perfect!

No issues with shopping experience. Delivery of large slider was also great. The complimentary table and chairs set was another story - delivery company left them 1/2 mile away from house, on side of main road. Luckily we were able to locate and retain before someone driving by saw them.

When you purchase samples to determine your colors for your purchase, we think you should be able to deduct the sample cost from your final products purchased.

Nice comfy durable chair

Took a while to get them, but it was worth the wait.

Earlier and maybe Tyler communication regarding delivery would be helpful. The chairs were received approximately in one week outside of anticipated window, but six weeks from the earliest potential date. Communication toward the end was better. A little bit better projection would be helpful, especially, given these were for Christmas and delivered afterward. Not a dealbreaker, as I would order again. Most important to come the chairs are 5/5. Thanks.

Our furniture arrived a full month laternthan the latest date expected. When we put it together, we had to manually drill holes for every piece. The predrilled holes were materially misaligned.

We had an order from November sit unfilled for more than a month. I had to contact you folks only to find it was not available due to an inventory error. Someone should have reached out to me sooner. My other orders have gone smoothly, but this almost resulted in a Christmas present not arriving in time.
