Great

Once I got the chairs I was extremely happy with them. The missing star is for the nervousness that came with them having my money for months before I got the chairs. I started to wonder if it was a scam. I would like to see a big more communication from them while you wait for your furniture.

Order now. Takes awhile to get depending on what you order. Worth the wait. You won’t be disappointed.

Could have described the product better

My umbrella was exactly as described and arrived promptly.

Easy to do business with them. They called to ask if we'd be interested in swapping our original color with that color mixed with white. Glad we did - we actually like those better.

The color I ordered I found out after 10 days was discontinued but unless I wouldn't have pressed the issue about where my order was, I would have not known. No one contacted me about the issue.

customer servc stinks

Poor communication. Made delivery promises they could not keep. Unresponsive customer service who really did not help at all. And all that wrapped up with overpriced under built chairs.

Only one "sales person", very difficult to understand (maybe she too was overseas). All in all very disappointing!

The delivery timeline was not accurately communicated, and working with the customer care team proved to be extremely frustrating. While the product itself is excellent, be prepared for potential issues with delivery expectations and limited support from customer service.

Bait and switch. Pictures headrest was not included in the price. I'm my opinion thus the price was way too high. I can buy similar products locally for way less.
