When I called about missing tools, which I will admit I was very upset about, I did not find girl helpful. Ended up just hanging up.

Great experience on their website and their communication after the sale has been outstanding. I love working with companies that provide superior products and a great customer experience. I simply could not be happier with the products and the buyer experience they provide.

Misleading advertising

No issues with shopping experience. Delivery of large slider was also great. The complimentary table and chairs set was another story - delivery company left them 1/2 mile away from house, on side of main road. Luckily we were able to locate and retain before someone driving by saw them.

Great company to purchase from and they are high quality sturdy Chairs.

I gave it three stars because there were delays in the production and the delivery of the table. However, the price was really good and the table is perfect.

The product was just as described online. Shipped quick, too!

When you purchase samples to determine your colors for your purchase, we think you should be able to deduct the sample cost from your final products purchased.

Prompt and efficient customer service early in the interaction. However the communication around delivery timeline, and missed estimated delivery date quite poor.

Nice comfy durable chair

Took a while to get them, but it was worth the wait.

Earlier and maybe Tyler communication regarding delivery would be helpful. The chairs were received approximately in one week outside of anticipated window, but six weeks from the earliest potential date. Communication toward the end was better. A little bit better projection would be helpful, especially, given these were for Christmas and delivered afterward. Not a dealbreaker, as I would order again. Most important to come the chairs are 5/5. Thanks.

Our furniture arrived a full month laternthan the latest date expected. When we put it together, we had to manually drill holes for every piece. The predrilled holes were materially misaligned.

Late arrival that was moved back three times. I had to reach out many times.

We had an order from November sit unfilled for more than a month. I had to contact you folks only to find it was not available due to an inventory error. Someone should have reached out to me sooner. My other orders have gone smoothly, but this almost resulted in a Christmas present not arriving in time.

I didn't get the color I ordered. I ordered the brown/black combo but the chairs that showed up were all brown

Hammock arrived in a timely manner. Would have appreciated a response from customer service to my complaint, though, that there was rust on some of the metal links on the chains attached to the hammock..
