No advertisement about refund policy. I bought four chairs which were not able to be tested prior to buying. They were advertised as high density. These are cheaply made plastic that is not the quality of other HDPE outdoor furniture I have. Upon request to return it without the excessive return and restocking fees for unopened packages, the response was by highlighting the return policy. Very little compassion or empathy. Feel defrauded by these business tactics. Return still not yet resolved.
