Did not really have any experience or contact with the company. I went online and ordered it. Saw a lot of good reviews so figured lets give it a try. I take in my sons older hens so they can live out their days enjoying life. Some are still laying and others have taken to eating the eggs and I needed a way to keep them from doing that.
