Everyone was kind and received my order quickly.

Ik wacht al sinds 29 december op de oorbellen. Geen gehoor vanuit de klantenservice echt ronduit respectloos! Had de reviews moeten lezen voor ik bestelde want volgens mij zijn er meer klanten die niets hebben ontvangen en geen gehoor meer krijgen vanuit jullie. Slecht.

Order arrived extremely late and was incomplete. One item was missing and has not been refunded. I can’t believe I have to chase my own money. I received no personal response to my emails and no adequate compensation was offered. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Je besteld maar ontvangt niks en op mailtjes wordt niet gereageerd. Waardeloos bedrijf!

The earrings did not arrive. My order was incomplete. Unfortunately, the earrings were not included in the package as specified. Customer service did not respond to my inquiries :(

Product was verkeerd geaddresseerd, en de winkelier reageert niet op vragen hoe het op te lossen . Lillys amsterdam raad ik dan ook niet aan.

payment over paypal was a bit hard, but customer service was super nice and quick to help!

I like most of the earrings I bought, but ordering didn’t go too well. On the Homepage there was an advertisement for 2 plus 1 for free. I ordered six pairs, and got 1 extra pair of studs for free (choose from 2). I have sent an e-mail about it, but didnt get a reply on that matter. Also, the order took 15 days to arrive. A bit too long if you ask me.

It was good

I was disappointed that the shipping was estimated at 5–8 days but actually took 15 days, which meant I didn’t have the gift in time for a birthday. Aside from that, I really like your jewelry.

Communication wasn’t the best.

I never received a confirmation email. I emailed 3 times over the course of a few weeks. Using an email address i had used previously to correspond to the company and had already received email responses from but apparently my emails were received in spam. I had to contact them by instagram.

Terrible experience. the product, which is coming from china by the way, took 14 days to get shipped. It is stuck in transit for the last 6 days. Furthermore, they don't even respond to my emails. Don't waste your time/money here.

I order more than one item and received 2 but the 3d item is still not delivered. My order was on the 10th of December 2024 and today is 4th of January 2025 and still did not receive the remaining item.
