Love this necklace. It is exactly what I was looking for, not too thick, and a lovely colour of gold, not dull or brassy like others I have seen. Looks like an expensive piece and I have had so many compliments on it. The rest of the order arrived 1.5 months after the order was placed. Only a standardized mail was sent saying that orders were slow due to Black Friday, which was already over by more than a month at that point. Same happened again when I ordered again mid February.
Worst customer support I have ever experienced.
