There was an issue with Customs with my latest order and shipping took longer than normal. I emailed customer support and received a reply within hours. He was able to give me an explanation (customs), a new tracking link and an apology. Sure enough, the link was accurate and my order arrived shortly afterwards. I can’t find any reason why everyone doesn’t own these products.
