Takes forever to receive your orders, over 5 weeks at best. Thus last time I ordered I’ve not recieved my order..:

We waited over a month for two cables. Neither of them charged our devices. We tried two different boxes to see if for some reason it was the Samsung box. The cables flash green but do not charge or stay charging.

Everything good bar the dock not working

First time great, this time horrible!!! Order wasn't received but was paid for.

I was a returning customer. However i had no reply on emails about my order. Had to chase down support via social media. Delivery took a lifetime. I. General. Your products are good. You just need better customer service

I usually get good service but this time, delivery took a few weeks after placing the order so I took a star off for that.

It’s my last time ordering I think. The customer service response has been terrible as was waiting for the package which took so long. Overall an absolutely brutal experience.

Terrible customer service and still no products for over 3 months.

Cords are excellent

Shipped package with fraudulent postage and never contacted regarding multiple emails to have broken cables replaced from old orders.

Do.not buy from them. I am not even sure this isn't a scam site. It has been o et a month and I still do not have the items that I ordered. I have emailed them with no response. It's like they dont even exist.

The only issues I have are I find the 90 degree plugs difficult to unplug when more than one of them are plugged in side by side. It's hard the get ahold of to unplug one when the other ones are right close to it. Otherwise I love them so far

Because Titan products are so popular delivery can take time.

Don't buy here, no customer service. Takes 6 weeks to receive items

Dear Titan Power+ Support, I am writing formally regarding Order #822180. As confirmed in the email correspondence below, I returned 8 unopened items to your York address under Option 2 of your returns process, with the understanding that upon receipt you would either reship the correct USB-C to USB-C cables or issue a full refund. Tracking confirms that the returned goods were successfully delivered to you. Despite this, and despite multiple assurances, I have received neither replacement it

You are impossible to get ahold of, I sent multiple emails and never got a response ever! It was only after I searched you guys in Facebook that I was able to talk to someone.

Took too long for sending, once sent the profit didn’t work and support is not helping
