Ordered a product and over a month later, still haven't received it! And support hasn't ever returned emails that I have sent!

The cords I ordered never arrived.

Dishonest, my items never arrived, even after waiting 5 weeks, and never getting it. Emails were met with lies.

The product itself is good quality but matches other options that are cheaper.. the mystery gift incentive is a lure to spend more money to achieve mystery gift.. terrible mystery gift

Awesome value

I chose to purchase based on a promotion that was a buy 2 and get one more for free. I only received the two. I contacted customer service and they replied promptly but did not seem to care or even properly read my message.

My overall experience with Titan was disappointing. The products I purchased didn't perform as advertised. The cable and charger didn't fast-charge my device, even though my other cables do. The support process made it more frustrating. Instead of acknowledging the performance issue, the responses focused mainly on my choice of cable type rather than addressing the fact that the item wasn’t fast‑charging a compatible device. The options provided for resolution were very unsatisfactory.

It would be nice if the product I ordered on 1/19/2026 would be delivered.

No product received. No shipping updates on the tracking number.

Takes forever to receive your orders, over 5 weeks at best. Thus last time I ordered I’ve not recieved my order..:

We waited over a month for two cables. Neither of them charged our devices. We tried two different boxes to see if for some reason it was the Samsung box. The cables flash green but do not charge or stay charging.
