As confirmed in the email correspondence below, I returned 8 unopened items to your York address under Option 2 of your returns process, with the understanding that upon receipt you would either reship the correct USB-C to USB-C cables or issue a full refund.
Tracking confirms that the returned goods were successfully delivered to you. Despite this, and despite multiple assurances, I have received neither replacement it
