I ORDERED ON MARCH 27TH & DID NOT RECEIVE INTIL MAY 18TH. I SENT SEVERAL EMAILS & WAS ONLY TOLD THERE WAS PROBLEM WITH THE SHIPPER. I ASKED FOR A DISCONT & WAS COMPLETELY IGNORED. THE CUBE SEEMS TO BE MADE OF CHEAP PLASTIC & TERRIBLE QUALITY.

7 weeks still no product and no help from customer service. I would give no stars if it would let me.

Very slow to arrive first batch lost, replacement took over a month to arrive

Customer service was horrible. Tried getting updated and never heard back until my 3rd time reaching out. Was absolutely ridiculous. I’ve gotten stuff from this company before, so to see how bad the company has become is insane. Also I was supposed to get a “free gift” and I received nothing. For what they’re charging now it’s not worth it at all

Atrocious shipping length of time 5-6wks. Was not shipped until after 4 weeks and this was when I queried when it would be arriving.

Low brow service

Worst customer service ever. Waited over 2 months and still haven’t received my cables. Going to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

Massive delay. Poor communication.

My only complaint is that I ordered the charging cable April 2 and it just arrived May 15th.

Did not deliver the item in the promised 5 to 10 business days I sent a response saying to cancel my order if you could not do so. All I ever got was standard were looking into your responses. I don’t need to buy something from a company that takes 30 days to deliver. I would not recommend you to anyone.

Item shoould have worked more than 5 weeks

The cables are tough, but the plug ends are not. The old cables with one plug end that was angled were much more durable. These just come apart. The little adapter on each end comes out of the socket easily. And dealing with your warranty department when the plugs broke was a pain! It seemed like the "person" responding to me was probably just an AI chat bot at times. They did not seem to actually respond to what I was saying at times.

It took over a month from the time I placed my order online until receiving my charging cables. The 4 in 1 cables (bought 4 of them) do not securely plug into charging port and continuously fall out, preventing the phone from charging.

As I've said. It took way longer than I expected to receive the item.

Really disappointed in my last purchase, and trying to return items is a real pain

Requested a type C USB on both ends. Only received with one end as USB type C the other regular USB’s. Anyway to swap this out?

It seems that they are a LOOONG way away from me, and shipping takes FOREVER, but, so far, it's been well worth the wait!

Shipping is horrendously slow

I reached out multiple times over the course of a month about my purchase and been given the same script of wait 5-10 days.

ordered products and never received the item after 45 days.

After waiting over a month for my order, I never received the shipment and since I was never provided tracking information, the post office wasn’t able to assist me with finding it. The communication from your company was pathetic at best even as I sent multiple emails requesting tracking information, shipment timelines and lastly requests for cancellation since the order was promised to be delivered in 7-10 days and took more than 30 days. Quite honestly, I don’t even know that I would use the cables if they ever were to arrive because I placed an order for Chubby cables from Amazon and they are great even if they are slightly more expensive. Absolute crooks

See before. I just got the runaround from you people. 5 weeks later, I still didn't get the charger. Shame on your company.

Never received order

Your customer service is lousy. I’ve never received my products that I ordered. You basically stole my money and I wouldn’t even say basically because I never got anything so you stole my money.

Shopping wise Great product wise..not so great

Very long shipping. No notifications.

Never received product and ghosted by their customer service. Do not buy from Titan.

Placed order on 2/24/26 it’s now going on two months and still have not received order.

Delivery of this order took longer than past orders, but I have had one of these for years now and charge my phone with it nightly. Needed a shorter one for my Jeep.

Waiting for my item to arrive.
