Terrible customer service

Never received my order.

Poor comms on postage

Delivery time was long but customer support was super helpful and responded very quickly

It was a good experience, though it could be a little bit more clear about the different adapters for the charger cords.

Took ages to get the wrong order. Now I'm out of pocket to get the right one. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give a rating of minus 5

It was easy to use the site and place the order. I was kept up to date from dispatch to delivery.

Its been two months and I still don't have what I ordered. And the chance of getting a honest response from customer service is a joke.

Order was easy but delivery was over a month but that’s to be expected for international shipping apparently.

Poor customer service. Delay in response and poor tracking. Please be mindful on the cost and offer if applied; I have been a victim of a scam on that and had been escalating for almost a month to get it clarified and refunded. Don’t recommend!

I live in Australia and found the delivery time to be a bit too long. The tracking was not updated.

Would be great if they could deliver items within their own guidelines.

After a very disappointing experience with the earbuds which didn't function as promised in the advertisement, the charging dock was also not up to the usual standard expected.

Over a month to get 2 charger cables? Just getting told to wait a few more days when emailing and asking then nothing happening? It’s really not the way to sell products, bought in the past and it was fine but years later this purchase has not been a good one.

"Problems clearing customs" has me 20 days past the advertised delivery time.

Long wait (30days), given phony tracking information, constant sales badgering “add this to your order”. When I was waiting I purchased from Anker whom sold me cables that were in my mailbox in less than 12 hours after I ordered. I will not be back here again.

Ordered on 4-20-25 Today is 5-28-25 Still do not have a product to even review yet after repeated emails with no response - at this point I feel they have stolen my money

Website is a little different to use but I managed.

Product is good but customer service and "surprise gift" made the experience terrible, probably wouldn't buy again
