I had to email Titan Power many times to ask where my order was. It took 4 weeks to arrive and no real concern from them about the lack of information and the overwhelming delay of my goods.

I feel like the quality has down graded

Quick response, received quickly

Had to order new cables because the first ones I got broke and when I sent a request for replacement nobody replied back to me

Took a month to get cables,communication with company was negative...I won't purchase from Titan again. I would give zero if I could.

Horrible turnaround (I received it a month after I orders it), horrible customer experience that took days to respond and never went above and beyond to make it right.

hard to get any answer from customer support when trying to get tracking details. Our order took weeks to be shipped

It took a little time to get here, but im probably a little impatient ATM - TBH ;) Well worth the wait though 👍

Cable is being used with your 2K watt fast charging plug but it’s taking hours to recharge my phone whereas previous cables charged my phone in under an hour. Very disappointed!

Due to ridiculously long delivery times I won’t be buying from you guys again.

It took well over a month to receive. Order was June 19 and it arrived in late July. A far cry from the estimated delivery date of 5-10 working day. It was once I inquired that the packages started to move but after that, no one responded to my inquires.

Things arrived in a box. I opened the box and the things were inside.

Horrible experience. Your messages you send back are auto messages and impersonal!

Some of the worst shipping times I’ve ever seen never again.

Poor

It takes a really long time for items to be processed to be shipped. Once shipped, the delivery time is understandable, but the delay between order & shipment is too long.

Happy with the service

Took a bit long to get the goods and it was hard to understand how all the bundles worked and such, since it did not consider certain combinations unless they were picked specifically.

really good products, but don't last forever. I'm currently replacing my earlier cables. Shipping takes rediculously long time.

It not real easy to navigate thru and find what you want. Could even apply a code for a discount.

Check your order carefully! They sent me the wrong stuff and it took weeks longer than they promised. Too expensive to return it (to UK). Stuck with stuff I don't need and a 25% refund. I feel stupid for falling for their marketing.

Had to chase order up a little bit as I didn't receive an email of my invoice (for one of two orders) and the order didn't arrive for a long time. It was rectified without too much of a problem
