I had a few bad experiences, but that doesn't affect my general experience with Titan Power Plus. You make top quality products to fair prizes, I love most of the things I bought here and will definitely return next time I need som charging products. I will only give it 4 stars this time though because of the 4-in-1 cables I bought recently, and the replacement shipping have taken 45 days since I received my first shipping notice.. it had been lying still for 24 days at a central before shipping

Doesn't take 2 months to get anything unfortunately it takes 2 months to get what I ordered from you. Ridiculous in my opinion

1.8/5 according to trust pilot and not at all wrong. Item took 3 months to be shipped, refused to cancel and refund order, no response to further emails, i had to get PayPal to get me a refund and then the item turned up in June, 4 months late!

Order took weeks to arrive. No explanation, no apology for ridiculous delay. Refused to refund me after weeks of waiting. Absolutely awful experience. Never again.

Took a while to receive the product, received the wrong version, Titans solution was to buy it again with a 40% discount code

I ordered 2 of the 330W Power Stations and received one for the US and the 2nd one for the UK. I'm still waiting for someone to get back to me about shipping out the correct Power Station. I have found that email response times are not all that great and it's about 6 weeks from the time you order until products are received in the US.

Have spent more than a fair share in the past 4+ years. Love the product but the logistics and customer service are lacking immensely. April 19, ‘26 order (didn’t ship until 12 May) 4 or more emails asking and suggesting ways to ensure my order. Email in June saying how my order was lost. I suggested around the 4th email to just reship my order (again didn’t happen after 7+ weeks) and ONLY after customer service admitted to it NOT being shipped…Unsure if my order was even shipped to date!

I cannot put anything above 1 star because I still have not received any of my order after waiting over a full month. I've tried contacting customer service but was repeatedly told to keep waiting as it shows 'in transit' on their end. If I had not ordered from this company before it would feel very scammy. I can update this if I actually receive a product, but will not until I actually receive my order with over $130 of product.

I ordered on March 24th. Although I had sent several inquiries to know how my order was being worked on, I did not receive any news until April 20th, only to be told that the order was being prepared, not shipped, prepared. A month later!!! And it was delivered on May 8th. And I was supposed to get “mystery gift”. Sorry, but all I had was a cheap black nylon bag. I would not call that a gift, if that was it. Very disappointed by Titan Power Plus

Again I've never received anything from you people. I ordered the cord February of 2026. To this date I have not received my cable. Also you guys quit emailing me back regarding me complaining about this cable. I've had to reach out to the federal attorney general's office now and get them involved! Me and my friends now are spreading the word on the internet and anybody that wants to see your emails where you guys stopped and the date that I purchased it and everything else we are providing it
