My overall experience with Titan was disappointing. The products I purchased didn't perform as advertised. The cable and charger didn't fast-charge my device, even though my other cables do.
The support process made it more frustrating. Instead of acknowledging the performance issue, the responses focused mainly on my choice of cable type rather than addressing the fact that the item wasn’t fast‑charging a compatible device. The options provided for resolution were very unsatisfactory.
