Items arrived but the quality wasn’t as it looked on website. I emailed customer service many times after their initial response advising to return. I sought an exchange as I felt the table runner had not been sewn properly and the underside cream backing was visible from the front navy William morris strawberry thief pattern so didn’t look as shown on the website or first quality. I had ordered 10 napkins to match but I was advised to return and no other reply. So no option, had to return ☹
