I thought they were inflexible in being unable to give me a different shade for the stone base, both of which I was buying from them. Then they did not send the original shade, just the base, although I had paid for the complete item. Also I was disappointed with the quality of the 'Strawberry Thief' shade, which was unlined with a bulky seam and didn't light well.
