I’m from Canada and I can’t say enough about the customer service. My first two orders were Christmas presents and customer service walked me through what I needed to do for an international shipment ( really nothing other than providing addresses and what I wanted in advance, so easy) and then shipped the orders in an insanely prompt manner.
