Online ordering was fairly simple, it's just a shame that you can't choose boxes when choosing your own chocolate. I would have liked the beating heart box with the pieces I choose. Still, they were received with joy and delight. Never a bad chocolate, never a bad experience in person. Online could use a tiny bit of adjustment, but overall a great choice for chocolate.

The chocolate here from here is beyond amazing. Got my wife the everlasting love gift box. We sit there and try to decide which one we want to try next. Every bite is a piece of heaven. Also tried the biscoff Knafeh bar. Everything from this place is from another world. Definitely worth treating yourself or loved one. I’m can also say that I’ve tried a few knafeh bars from the stores here. Seems to be a popular item now. Well, the store bought ones can’t even compare

I will be ordering more treats from Cacao and Cardamom. What I've figured out - everything else seems mediocre in comparison. I no longer want mediocre sweet treats. I would rather save for the good stuff. You'll be getting orders from me again. If you offered subscriptions, I'd order the dark chocolate, peanut butter, pretzel candy bar monthly... at least. No joking.

I think the refund policy is rather unforgiving since these are chocolates often given as gifts , so it’s more than 24 hrs later to find out any issues (or issues other than damage). It’s a gamble since the chocolates are luxury and it makes me worrisome to try non bonbons in the future.
