I feel like they scammed me. I was sent a ring set that was the wrong size. I asked to exchange it for a different size, and I haven't received a return label or anything. Its going on a month. I was told I would receive a replacement and a label but never did. Everytime I send a message they respond with give us a rating. This is not right. I’d give a zero star for your delayed delivery. I have never order anything online that took such a long time to be delivered. I had to send you several emails asking for the delivery date and all I received was a window time of 7-10 days initially, but it turned out it’s longer than that and the items didn’t even look like the ones pictured or described online! Totally unhappy about Read Your Heart. I cannot recommend it to any of my friends or family.
