The first shipment of the ring didn't go well at all. The package had been opened, the ring inside was stolen and the package was minimally taped back up. I was heartbroken! RYH took action right away and offered to send a replacement for the price of shipping. I was very skeptical about the integrity of the shipping company (GOFO) but I received the 2nd shipment intact and I finally have my ring. The shipping was okay, it takes a little long so I would say to be safe and account for potential delays order a month before the proposal date or earlier.
