Online ordering was very easy. Unfortunately, at the time I visited the showroom in Sydney, there was no-one on site to explain the features of the chairs which were displayed in a quite haphazard manner, storeroom fashion. Some chairs weren't even identified, so it was difficult to know what I was testing. No matter, I got there in the end and I think I was just unlucky on the day - I'm sure it's SIHOO's plan to have someone available. Perhaps, check first (I didn't).
