We were excited to find NZ Malt - great looking products and we were looking forward to taking our sourdough making up a notch. Anyway, the order containing diastatic malt and a sourdough starter arrived in good time - only the starter wasn't the one we ordered and emails have gone unanswered. It's no big deal in the wider scheme of things but poor communication has left us a bit disappointed. We probably won't be back.
