Sent me the wrong tow hook adapter. Asked for pictures, which I sent. Cost me $19.05 to ship it back. They REFUSED to refund my shipping. When I clarified this was an exchange, not a return, they asked for more pictures. I had already shipped it! When they received it, they claimed it was the right tow hook and they cannot refund my shipping. Save your money and buy a $35 tow hook adapter on Ebay.

I could not get it to a position that would not trip or indicate objects in front of the equinox 2024 . Id did look the way I wanted it to, and I would suggest the plastic pieces squeezing the slide bracket become metal with some sort of biting serrations . . if you have one that won't impact the sensors in the front of this car, I will buy it;
