I bought a cheaper version on amazon and had no luck. The design was silly and loosened the fastening bolt when you tightened the plate backing. EOS plates version is easy to install and really customizable on how you want to display your plate. It was easy to install and looks great! I'm glad I went with this one. Great purchase.

So upon receiving the tow & hook plate holder I was satisfied. Until I got in my vehicle and noticed my sensors going off, I then emailed EOS support team and explained my issue and that the drop down bracket did not come with my kit. I offered to pay for it and they insisted they’ll ship it out for FREE! Installs easily. Older eyes may need larger print in the directions but no fault of the product.
Be sure to remove during car service/wash. My original was heavily damaged during their courtesy car wash...I asked several times not to wash it...but inattentive employees did it anyway resulting in bent frame/plate and very loose connections. Still bought another one because it is so nicely made and looks great!

Originally, I had the mount angled to match the angle of the corner of the bumper, but that made removing the mount cumbersome since I had to disassemble the whole mount to remove the main bolt. Love the mount but the customer service was beyond great. CT5-V kit came with a post that was too long and stuck out too far from the car for my liking. Contacted customer service and they shipped a shorter post which was perfect. So unexpected, but proved they care about their customers and have a great product as well. Highly recommend!

This kit is great! It is a well thought out design and allows for plenty of adjustments as to how high/low and left/right you need it to be. The quality of the hardware is very good as well, they send spare (longer) bolts depending on your license plate configuration.

This fit perfectly and installed into my tow hook spot perfectly and the rest is very simple to install. I recommend a torque wrench to install as they are is a suggested foot lbs for installation but it’s like 60 foot lbs so just get it snug and the give it a quarter or half turn and you’re good. Overall great product!

Awesome set up that is easy to install. First impressions,once it was installed, is that it is sturdy and if tightened properly, should not move. I was concerned about maybe having license plate noise as it is a thin plate on the bracket but at 60mph, I couldn't hear it with the windows down. 10/10 product!

The instructions are very clear and there are sufficient adjustments to the bracket itself and to the tow hook adaptor bolt to ensure the plate does not interfere with the front parking sensors. The OEM Audi mount was drilled to hell where I would have to move my plate down the mount to get it to stay on. Machining for the main bolt/screw is good.
Don't like the plastic parts for the adjustable angle of the bracket but I resolved that with washers until I was able to find a milled part.
Take it from me, if you want a good license plate holder for your tow hook, this is a very decent one that you can trust to work.

It took a little work to get the tow hook post to mount, but it went in (I used antiseize) and I torqued it to 50 ft-lbs. It was fairly easy to mount the plate holder on the post and get the plate high enough to not interfere with the airflow.. I'll just have to check what (if any) effect it has on headlight pattern.

Installation went well. Relatively easy. The best part is the flexibility of the plate mounting system. The competition offers one way only. EOS has a number of different points of attachments. I only wish that the initial bolt that attaches to the tow hook threads could be adjustable for either closer or further away from the car. That withstanding, it’s a great setup with a great price.
