The addresses in my auto save got mixed up and my package was sent to my old address in a another state. The shipping company YUNEXPRESS has so customer service and by the time USPS got a hold of it they said there is nothing they can do. OOTDBuyer hardly responded to my emails which is the only way to contact them and the little info they had was useless. Very unhappy that $100 is just gone.

First, I had a terrible time with the tracking. I watched nothing happen for almost a month before I saw a message that said my package had been returned to sender. I reached out to the company and the shoes arrived the next day. Second, The shoes smelled like chemicals and were significantly smaller than what the size chart suggested. I even ordered things a size larger just Incase, and none of the pairs fit my friends. Do not order.
