Absolutely terrible quality. The faux fur lining isn’t secured to the shoe at all so every time you pull your foot out the lining folds out with it. At the heal of the shoe the faux fur is loose and flops off because again, it’s not secured to the shoe at all. The shoes came with scuff marks and the image printed on the shoe was peeling off upon opening the package. Additionally, the sizing is totally off. Requested to return them and get a refund and was offered a 40% off coupon to purchase another pair…no thanks. Explained to them why that’s not an option I’m willing to accept and was met with radio silence from the seller. Seriously, do not waste your money!

Shipping costs seem excessive. Returns are inconvenient. In the case of an exchange, the cost of shipping the item back AND shipping the replacement are covered by customer. Total shipping then exceeds the cost of the shoes I bought.
