The product is excellent—it definitely smoothed my hair. I loved it so much that I bought more to gift to my sisters so they could try it too. However, it does fade fairly quickly for me, usually within about a month. I would repurchase it, but there’s an issue: Answr charges almost $10-19 for express shipping to Canada with a promised delivery time of 7-10 business days. In reality, it often takes forever—sometimes over a month!
This delay could be managed better with clear and honest communication about shipping and delivery times. Instead, I found myself having to reach out for updates, and the responses felt very automated and impersonal, lacking any real human interaction. To top it off, I received requests to review items before they even arrived! And when I finally complained about it, they canceled my order and refunded me after I had waited so long. I’m definitely disappointed.
