My experience was unfortunately not very good. I customised which chips I wanted but since things were going wrong with the website I ended up having to add the order to the checkout again but this time it removed the customised chips and so I received the pre selected ones. I did reach out the customer service but they could only offer to sell me the chips I still wanted for a lower price.
I also don’t feel like it was made very clear that there would be so much shipping tax to pay.
