We never had an issue with our portrait, so I can only speak to the initial service. It was a fairly quick process. No hassle. The portrait turned out great!

Always a good product

Submitting photos and specifics for the projects was easy. The only thing that got confusing was that I submitted two projects back to back so it would be helpful if the confirmation and follow up emails included the order number (specifically the emails that asked for customer review). Other than that I really appreciated all the prompt communication on artwork competition and delivery. It was a real joy to open the box.

I got emails saying it was on the way but it took almost a month to get to me.

Very easy to design your custom pieces.

Website is easy to navigate. Lots of picture options. Received order sooner than expected.

There’s a lot of options and that’s a bit overwhelming. I also felt like there were a lot of pop ups or upselling that occurred throughout the process.

The communication took awhile since it went to my spam. Wish reordering didn’t need another approval of the picture.

I wish there were ways to customize the portraits — like changing background color. But I understand there are limitations.

First art work didn’t look like per. Required revisions. Ordered as a gift. Still hasn’t arrived days past delivery date. Disappointment overall in all aspects so far.

The progression stalled at design . I had to call to get the status. Got an immediate response and it came right away after that.

Ordering the Hawaiian shirt with my dog Chai’s face on it was so easy to order and was delivered in a timely manner.

The original ship date was not met. I called/emailed to find out where the package was & was told there was a delay in the tracking info but it had shipped. When that same message was still showing almost 1wk later, I reached out again. I was told it had not shipped & was still in their factory. It finally shipped well after the original scheduled delivery date. I was told there was nothing they'd do to compensate. It was a gift and couldn't give it to the recipient on the day intended.

Easy to pick and choose and checkout. Prompt response with approval email.
