I did find that the wait between submitting my notes and receiving the portrait with changes was a little longer than expected, as was the time it took to ship it to my friend. And, the unexpected rectangle behind the pups' heads in each portrait was also an odd surprise. But ultimately, I'm happy I went with you guys for my friend's gifts.
