This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I received the wrong item and followed customer support instructions exactly, selecting the option to receive the correct item once my return was processed.
Instead, the company refunded me without notice. By the time this was addressed, the correct item was sold out — leaving me with no product and no resolution. The issue was caused by internal mishandling, not by any delay or mistake on my end. I don’t even want the matching item.
