I am an international customer. In addition to my order arriving late, the shirt I received was defective. The only solution offered was a 50% store credit, which is disappointing.
As an international customer, shipping costs are already high and are equivalent to the price of a shirt. Receiving only a 50% store credit is not a fair resolution, especially considering the item was defective upon arrival. I am disappointed with how this issue was handled and expected a more reasonable solution.
