Horrible experience the item is $50 dollar pair of headphones and there is still a request for more payment. Signature is to be requested not automatically added to package. Asking for a refund you wanted a 50% restock fee. Poor customer service and satisfaction for a product I paid for an own, but do not have because it's at your shipping location. Will not recommend this company for anyone to make purchases from.
