This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had dealing with a company. For a month I tried contacting 4 different times to see when my item would be shipped out. And it was only shipped out after I put in a dispute with my bank. So now I have a keyboard I don’t need because I highly doubt they will allow for a return since they weren’t able to communicate with me the first 4 times.
