When I purchased a mousepad, it somehow started a monthly subscription for mousepads. I was given no indication of this until the second mousepad was ordered. In addition, the UI to find the account center and turn off the monthly subscription is hidden under many different menus. Fucking unbelievable.

My experience with ATL was awesome. I saw a Youtube vudeo they did about their process, I was impressed and so I ordered. I created my own custom design for desk pad, uploaded it (that tool/process could be smoother for users). But as promised they expanded my graphic to fit the whole pad. Color was beautiful, pad is great quality and durable, shipping and tracking were great and the cost was better than anything on Amazon.
