Within 3 weeks of receiving the vacuum I called them for instructions of how to return it for a refund. I was told to email a picture of the vacuum along with a reason why I do not like it. I did exactly as they asked and received a response now asking I email them a video of the items I am dissatisfied with. I responded stating I just want a refund and received a response back that if I do not send video they cannot help me!! BUYER BEWARE and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY......they sell junk!
