The unit arrived broken, and the customer service was fast to respond, but having to go through the process of making a video to show exactly what was wrong with the unit is kind of dumb in my opinion. That should be the job of customer service after they receive their broken unit returned to them. More and more companies seem to be relying on the customer to do the job of a customer service agent.
