Comunication has been beyond frustrating... and not recieving a product that I ordered over a month and half ago is ridiculous. I cant begin to say how discouraging it is to receice a part for the new car that was provided as a "Please be patient with us" gift arrived before the product I actually ordered. I am trying to stay excited for the SBK10 to arrive but the longer this goes on the more frustrated I get. I shouldnt have had to ask for proof that my items had actually shipped...
